Fortino Cervantes Rocha, Oldest Known Man in Texas, Dies at 109

LongeviQuest is saddened to report the passing of Fortino Cervantes Rocha. He was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico on 12 August 1914 and passed away in San Antonio, Texas, USA on 14 January 2024 at 109 years, 155 days. At the time of his death, he was the oldest living person in the state of Texas.

Fortino Cervantes Rocha arrived in the Laredo, Texas, USA on 18 April 1916. He joined the U.S. Army on 1 December 1942 and served in the military during World War II and the Korean War.
