Fusako Hasegawa was a validated Japanese supercentenarian known as the oldest person in Hyōgo Prefecture at the time of her death.

Hasegawa was born on 23 May 1905 in Japan.

As a devout Catholic, she celebrated her 100th birthday with a thanksgiving mass at the Catholic Takatori Church in Kobe.

After moving into a nursing home in Kobe City, she became the oldest resident of Suma Ward. Because of that fact, she has been visited by the ward mayor and other officials since 2013.

Fusako Hasegawa passed away on 14 February 2016 in Kobe City, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan.
