Tsune Katō was a validated Japanese supercentenarian known as the oldest living person in Shimane Prefecture, Japan.
Tsune Katō was born on 23 September 1899 in Japan.
Katō lived in Hikawa, Shimane Prefecture, and every year since she turned 100, she received a congratulatory visit from the mayor at her home and a congratulatory letter.
In 2002, aged 103.
