Kiyotaka Mizuno is a validated Japanese supercentenarian known as the oldest living man in Shizuoka Prefecture at the time of his death.

Kiyotaka Mizuno was born on 14 March 1914 in Iwata, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.

In his youth, he reportedly served as a guard for the Emperor and served on the continent during World War II, narrowly escaping death before returning to Iwata.

At the age of 108, he lived at home with his eldest son and his family and could eat and bathe on his own.

At the time of the death of Kentaro Muramatsu on 23 November 2021, he became the oldest living man in Shizuoka Prefecture.
