Kiyoshi Azumaya was a validated Japanese supercentenarian known as the oldest living man in Hokkaido Prefecture at the time of his death.

Kiyoshi Azumaya was born on 27 February 1914 in Japan.

At the age of 109, he was able to stand on his own without the need for assistive devices such as a cane or handrail. Although he said there was no particular secret to his longevity, his family mentioned that he made an effort to exercise regularly.

Azumaya passed away on 11 June 2024 in Otaru, Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan.
