Milka Bauković Radivojevic was born as Milka Ercegovac in Papici, Sunja, Sisak-Moslavina County, Austria-Hungary (present-day Croatia) on 5 February 1915. She was a sister, a wife, and a mother to 2 children.
Bauković continued to practice the same trade (hat production in Okucani, Brod-Posavina County, Croatia) as her late first husband until her retirement in the 80’s.
On 3 April 2022, at the age of 107, she went to vote herself and exercised her right to vote. Bauković never missed any elections, and she always went out to vote regularly. This made her the oldest living citizen of the Republic of Serbia to have ever voted.
On 6 July 2022, she became the oldest known living person in Belgrade and Serbia, following the death of 110-year-old Tamara Krutikov.
Jesús Redondo Bermejo was born in Cañaveral, Cáceres Province, Extremadura, Spain, on 2 June 1915. He spent decades crunching numbers as a town hall accountant before retiring at 76. He was a husband and a father to at least 3 children.
Now a centenarian, his eyesight remains sharp, allowing him to enjoy books and TV without glasses. He splits his time between his hometown and an assisted living facility in Cáceres. At the time, he had 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

LongeviQuest is saddened to report the passing of Viorica Hogaș. She was born on 9 February 1915 and passed away in Suceava, Romania on 25 November 2023, at the age of 108. She was a wife and a mother to 1 daughter. Hogaş worked for a while as a teacher and raised her only child as best she knew, even though there were days when she had nothing to eat.
Hogaș was the oldest known woman in Romania, following the death of 109-year-old Maria Mihai on 2 February 2022. At the time of her death, she was the second-oldest known living person in Romania, behind Ilie Ciocan (born 1913).

LongeviQuest is pleased to announce the age validation of Narcisa Ruiz Lebrón of the United States at age 108. She was born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico on 29 October 1915. In 1935, she got married, and the couple had 15 or 16 children. She was a farmer, and the family resided in a small house with just one bedroom.
At the age of 107, she had 52 grandchildren, more than 90 great-grandchildren, and more than 40 great-great-grandchildren.

LongeviQuest is saddened to report that Scotland’s oldest living man, Mr. David Crawford, passed away on 5 July 2023 at the age of 108 years old.
David Crawford was born on 21 March 1915 in Scotland, United Kingdom. His age was recognized by LongeviQuest and verified by the Oldest in Britain website.
When George Pollard passed away on 20 April 2021, Mr. Crawford became the oldest known living man in Scotland.
He was staying at the Hilton Lodge nursing home in Haddington, East Lothian, when he peacefully passed away. At the time of his death, he was 108 years and 106 days old and was the oldest living person in East Lothian. Also, he was the third-oldest known living person in Scotland behind Marion Dawson and Ailsa Stewart.

LongeviQuest is delighted to announce the age validation for Emilia Canché Caamal at 108 years old. She is currently the oldest known Mayan woman in Mexico, and the oldest known living person in the state of Quintana Roo.
Mrs. Canché Caamal was born into a Mayan family in Tekit, Yucatán, Mexico, on 28 May 1915 (claimed 1914). At some point, she married Augusto Nahuat Soberanis and the couple had three daughters and two sons.
In the 1950s, she moved to José María Morelos, Quintana Roo, where she worked as a midwife. Many local people from that community recognized the service that she provided to low-income families by bringing 20 children into the world.
She currently has 33 grandchildren, 95 great-grandchildren, and 61 great-great grandchildren.
