Jimmy Lindberg is a Global Validation Commisioner for LongeviQuest. Lindberg graduated with a bachelor’s degree in medicine from Lund University and continued by pursuing the field of Gerontology and obtained a master’s degree from Jönköping University and an additional master's degree in Public Health from Mid-Sweden University. She’s currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work at Linköping University. Lindberg has been involved in the research on supercentenarians since 2014 and has since then gained vast knowledge in the age validation process. Lindberg’s main areas of interest have been the Nordic countries and North America, but she has contributed to the validation of supercentenarians from all over the world. A special interest has been devoted towards supercentenarians born before 1880. Notable contributions to the field are the debunkings of Lucy Hannah, Matthew Beard, and Johanna Booysen.
