Mizu Aizawa is a validated Japanese supercentenarian known as the oldest person in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan.

Mizu Aizawa was born on 20 July 1913 in Natori, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan.

On 11 March 2011, during the Great East Japan Earthquake, her home was swept away by a tsunami that reached a height of 9 meters in Natori. Fortunately, Aizawa was unharmed, as she was safely using a day service at a welfare facility at the time.

At 111 years old, Aizawa continues to eat three meals a day and enjoys engaging in conversations with the staff at her nursing home.
