Auguste Ehard was a validated German supercentenarian born 12 January 1906 in the village of Trostberg.

In 1925, when she was 19, she moved to the city of Munich. It was here where she developed an interest in hobbies such as hiking, rowing, and playing tennis.

She was married in 1939 but shortly after wedding her husband was drafted into the Wehrmacht, where he spent eight years as a prisoner of war before being allowed to return home.

Following the death of her husband, Ehard developed an interest in traveling, and embarked on vacations to various European countries with her sister, including Holland, Hungary, Switzerland, and Italy.

Auguste Ehard passed away in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, on 22 March 2016, aged of 110 years, 69 days.
