LongeviQuest is pleased to announce the age validation of Leato Wetherald of Canada at age 110. She was born in Dawn Mills, Ontario, Canada on 23 September 1911. She was a sister, a wife, and a mother to a daughter.

In 1953, the Wetherald family moved from Dresden, Ontario to 100 Mile House, British Columbia. They bought a stake in a logging and sawmill business, and Leato worked as the bookkeeper. In 1958, the family moved to Kamloops, where she worked as a bookkeeper at a law firm for over 20 years.

At the age of 101, she moved from Kamloops to Vancouver to be closer to her family. She resided at Shannon Oaks Retirement Community until she was 107 when she moved to the Royal Arch Home.

Wetherald passed away in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on 23 January 2022, at the age of 110 years, 122 days. She was survived by her daughter, two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and her younger sister, Jean.
