LongeviQuest is pleased to announce the age validation of Karen Rigmor Moritz at 110 years old. She is a Danish supercentenarian recognized as the oldest living person in the country.

Karen Rigmor Moritz was born on 15 August 1913 in Aalborg, North Jutland Region, Denmark.

At some point in her life, she married Sven Moritz and had three children. The couple represented Aalborg at many official events due to her husband being a lawyer, public prosecutor, and former police chief.

When she was 100 years old, Karen chose a vegan-based diet, but the care home changed her back to a meat-based one. This is so that she could have more protein to maintain a healthy weight.

Karen Rigmor Moritz became the oldest living person in Denmark after Else Rehling passed away on 22 January 2022. She is currently residing at the municipality of Aalborg who recently celebrated her 110th birthday by giving away free cakes to all nursing homes residents in the area.
