She was born in Miraflores District, Lima Province, Peru on 12 February 1906 and passed away in San Borja District, Lima Province, Peru on 16 December 2016 at the age of 110 years. She had at least one son with her husband Luis Octavio Giraldo Macedo, whom she married on 29 December 1941.
Her validation was pending with Latin American Supercentenarians (LAS) as of 13 April 2022 before being validated by LongeviQuest América.
