She was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, United States on 4 February 1911, and passed away in Scranton on 16 February 2021 at the age of 110 years old. She was born to Italian parents and had four siblings.
Ms. Cinquegrani attended St. Francis Cabrini Elementary School, Scranton High School, and Lackawanna Business School. She then worked for Community Chest and then as a bookkeeper at Northeastern National Bank. She retired after 38 years of service.
