Fumiko Tachibana (Japanese: 橘 フミコ) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age has been validated by LongeviQuest.

Fumiko Tachibana was born in Hita City, Ōita Prefecture, Japan, on 9 January 1914. At some point, she got married and settled in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture. However, during World War II, she was evacuated to Mitsuse Village, Saga Prefecture (now Saga City). After the war, she continued to reside in Mitsuse Village, where she raised eight children.
Reportedly, her special skills included Japanese sewing, a love of cleanliness, and a gentle personality. On 7 September 2023, the mayor of Saga City visited the nursing home where she resided and celebrated her status as the oldest living person in Saga City, recognizing her longevity. At the age of 109, she had 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Fumiko Tachibana was last confirmed alive on 1 February 2024, at the age of 110.
Her age was verified by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare (MHLW), as well as Ryohei Asano, and validated by LongeviQuest on 2 March 2024.
