Yukie Takahashi is a validated Japanese supercentenarian born on 4 January 1913 in Japan.
Even after turning 100, she remained physically strong and could climb stairs with ease. However, after breaking her femur at around the age of 105, she moved into a nursing home.
On 19 September 2021, the mayor of Akiruno City visited the nursing home to honor her longevity and recognize her as the city’s oldest resident.
