Edna Kurtz was a validated American supercentenarian who passed away in 2024 at 110 years old.
Edna Louisa Kurtz was born on 16 July 1913 in Worcester, Massachusetts, United States.
She received her certificate of graduation from Rutland Public Schools in 1927 and her diploma from the stenographic department of Worcester Business Institute three years later.
In 1931, she married Edmund Perry Joslin and the couple had two sons together. Unfortunately, their marriage only lasted for four years after Mr. Joslin passed away in 1935.

She married her second husband, Edward Kurtz. in 1940 and had a son with him. Mr. Kurtz passed away in 2003 so she moved from Connecticut to Lombard, Illinois, where she remained for the following 21 years.
Edna Kurtz passed away on 18 April 2024 in Lombard, Illinois, United States, at the age of 110. She was survived by eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
