Edna Parks, a resident of Easton, Maryland, passed away on 18 January, at the age of 110 years, 119 days. Her passing was confirmed through a public obituary published by Tribute Archive.

Parks was born Edna Mae Parrott in Trappe, Maryland, USA, on 21 September 1914, to parents James Isaac Parrott and Lena Sullivan. She had two sisters, Louise and Pauline Marvel; and two brothers, Philip L. and Davis S. Parrott. She graduated from Idlewild High School in Easton in 1932.

In the 1930s, she married Guy Parks and spent most of her life as a farm wife. The couple had three children: Roger Parks, Kenny Parks, and Eunice Roe. A dedicated homemaker, she also worked as a cashier for 17 years at St. Michaels High School. Additionally, she was a member of St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Easton. After her husband passed away on 19 November 1981, she remarried, this time to J. Norris Coulby. Her second husband passed away on 5 February 2010.
