New Validation: Michi Ideo (1911-2022) of Japan

LongeviQuest is pleased to announce the age validation of Michi Ideo at 111 years old. She was a Japanese supercentenarian recorded as Nagasaki’s oldest living person at the time of death.

Michi Ideo was born on 15 March 1911, in Iōjima (which is now part of Nagasaki City), Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan.

She had seven children but was quite independent. This is due to until she was 99 years old, she traveled by herself to shop and eat outside on her own.

Michi ideo passed away on 8 November 2022, in Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan.
