In 2003, her children and founding partners established the Lina Galvani Institute, a non-profit organization committed to promoting projects that benefit community development. At the age of 100, she had 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. During those times, she still managed to carry out household duties and participate in charitable activities in São Paulo.
