Tranquilina Urrutia Roque is a Mexican supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Latin American Supercentenarians (LAS).

Biography

Tranquilina Urrutia Roque was born in Oaxaca, Mexico, on 6 July 1912. She had at least two daughters, Irena and Petra.

At the age of 108, she received the COVID-19 vaccine, making her one of the oldest known people in Mexico to receive the vaccine.

Tranquilina Urrutia Roque currently lives in Valerio Trujano, Oaxaca, Mexico.

On 7 July 2022, her age was validated by the Latin American Supercentenarians (LAS), one day after her 110th birthday. She became the first validated supercentenarian from the State of Oaxaca.
