Luisa Roncoroni was born in the neighborhood of Boedo in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 30 June 1903. She attended school only until the third grade.
On 12 December 1925, at the age of 22, she married Antonio Bizzozero. The couple had three daughters. Around 1958, she moved to Mar del Plata.
As a centenarian, she was still able to do household chores like cooking. At the age of 110, she had 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Luisa Roncoroni died in Mar del Plata, Argentina on 1 September 2015 at the age of 112 years, 63 days.
Her age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group on 21 August 2015, becoming the first validated supercentenarian from Argentina.
