Biography

Ricardo Eduardo Villalobos Cornejo was born in Sachaca District, Arequipa, Peru, on 25 May 1907.

In 1938, he married Rosa Angelica Arca Betancourt (1912-1972) with whom he had seven children. He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in the 1930s and started working as a dentist in Lima. In 1972, his wife passed away. In 1973, he remarried Elsa Moscoso Villafana.

Ricardo Eduardo Villalobos Cornejo passed away in Miraflores, Lima Province, Peru, on 7 June 2016, at the age of 109 years, 13 days.
