Hudon was born in Carleton-sur-Mer, Quebec, Canada, on 4 March 1905, to Joseph LeBlanc and Marie-Démerise Audet. She was baptized the same day under the first name Marie-Régina-Clarina. She was the 12th of 14th children, and she outlived all of her siblings. She spent her childhood and adolescence with her family in her birthplace. In 1922, aged 17, she went to Montreal, preparing for her trip to New Hampshire. In 1923, she and her brother Edmond underwent various procedures to facilitate their move to the United States. In January 1924, his examination file was completed in Montreal. By February 1924, both she and her brother were admitted to the United States, crossing the Canadian-American border at St-Albans (Vermont). They then relocated to Nashua, New Hampshire, where they stayed with Anna Provencher, their maternal aunt. Her sister Agnès had been in the country since 1917. Eventually, her sisters Dérilda and Carmelle, as well as her brother Honoré, also moved in.

On 19 August 1929, she married Antonio Hudon. The couple had a daughter, Ruth. She spent most of her life in Nashua. Later, she resided in Merrimack, New Hampshire, with her daughter and son-in-law Jim Harwood. In 2014, she moved into St. Teresa Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Her sister Dérilda died in 1994, aged 99, and her brother Edmond died in 2007, aged 103.

Hudon passed away in Manchester, New Hampshire, USA, on 7 April 2016, at the age of 111 years, 34 days. She was survived by her daughter, two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
