BIOGRAPHY

Take Matsui (松井タケ) was born in Osaka Prefecture, Japan, on October 1, 1902.
At the age of 89, she moved to Urayasu Town in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, to live with her second daughter and her husband. At the age of 108, she fell at home and was subsequently hospitalized in a hospital in Kure City.

According to her family, the secret to her longevity was walking regularly, sleeping well, and eating a wide variety of foods. Her favorite dishes were steak and grilled eel.
