Longevity Score Quiz: How Your Habits Compare to 110+ Year-Olds

Longevity quiz diagram showing lifestyle factors like sleep, diet, and stress flowing into your personalized Longevity Score with Boosters and Hazards

Thousands of people have already discovered their Longevity Score. Based on verified data from 4,000+ supercentenarian profiles, this free 5-minute longevity quiz shows how your lifestyle aligns with the habits of the world’s longest-lived people.

What Is Longevity Score?

If you want to live to 110 or beyond, the best role models are the people who have done just that: supercentenarians.

Supercentenarians are extraordinary individuals with unique life stories. At LongeviQuest, we spend much of our time getting to know supercentenarians one-on-one. But after years of research, we have noticed certain patterns when evaluating supercentenarians as a group. These patterns formed the basis of Longevity Score.

Longevity Score is a lifestyle evaluation tool grounded in verified supercentenarian data. It calculates your alignment with habits observed in the world’s longest-lived people. The model uses supercentenarians as role models.

How It Works

You’ll complete a 5-minute assessment covering eight key lifestyle areas:

🌙
Sleep Habits
🚶
Physical Activity
🥗
Diet
🧘
Stress Levels
😊
Attitude & Outlook
👥
Social Life
👨‍👩‍👧
Family Life
🚭
Vices & Habits

Your answers are weighted based on their prevalence among supercentenarians. Depending on your responses, each factor will function as either a Longevity Booster or a Longevity Hazard, and influence your score accordingly.

Score Categories

You’ll be assigned a score from 0 to 100 and placed in one of six categories:

Gold Badge
91–100
Longevity Champion
Silver Badge
81–90
Longevity Optimized
Bronze Badge
71–80
Longevity Inclined
Green Badge
51–70
Longevity Enabled
Yellow Badge
26–50
Longevity Challenged
Red Badge
0–25
Longevity Warning

Some bonus points are available for biological factors outside your control — such as a strong family history of longevity — but these are never used to reduce your score.

A higher Longevity Score means your lifestyle more closely aligns with habits observed in supercentenarians (those who live past age 110) and other long-lived individuals.

What You’ll Get

At the end of the quiz, you’ll receive a personalized breakdown showing which habits helped or hurt your score. These are grouped as Longevity Boosters and Longevity Hazards — so you can see exactly where to focus if you’d like to improve your result.

Your score isn’t fixed. As your habits change, your Longevity Score can too. The quiz is free, private, and designed for unlimited use — so you can retake it any time to track your progress or explore different lifestyle choices.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Longevity Score a prediction of how long I’ll live?
Not exactly. It’s a measurement of how closely your habits align with those of the world’s longest-lived people. Supercentenarians (those who reach age 110 or beyond) are true Longevity Champions, and Longevity Score is primarily informed by patterns observed in them.
How is Longevity Score calculated?
Longevity Score is based on approximately 20 lifestyle-related factors. These include diet, sleep, physical activity, mindset, and social habits. Some inherited factors are included because of their proven longevity impact, but they’re scored as “extra credit” and never detract from your 100-point base score.
Do I need to create an account or share my email to get results?
No. You’ll have the option to sign up for updates about Longevity Score, but this step is completely optional. You can skip it and go directly to your results.
Can I retake the quiz later and track changes?
Absolutely. Longevity Score is free and designed for repeat use. You’re encouraged to revisit the quiz to see how lifestyle changes could affect — or have already improved — your score.
Is this quiz medically validated or reviewed by doctors?
No — and it’s not intended as a diagnostic tool. Longevity Score is a data-informed informational tool based on supercentenarian trends and public health research. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Why do some answers seem to affect my score more than others?
Factors are weighted based on how common they are among verified supercentenarians, supported by studies of people aged 85 and older. Heavily weighted answers tend to reflect behaviors shared by the overwhelming majority of the longest-lived individuals.
What is a good Longevity Score?
A score of 51 or higher indicates overall alignment with a longevity-friendly lifestyle. Remember, Longevity Score is a starting point — not a sentence. You can improve your score by changing habits that drag you down. Watch out for your Longevity Hazards, and double down on your Boosters!
