Joaquina de França Rodrigues, a resident of Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, celebrated her 110th birthday on 16 February as confirmed by her family, although her actual date of birth is 6 February. She is currently the State’s oldest known resident.
Joaquina de França Rodrigues was born in Ribeirão Vermelho, in the Pangaré district of the municipality of Quitandinha, Paraná, Brazil, on 6 February 1916.
At the age of 16, she married Paulo Rodrigues de Oliveira on 22 June 1932, and together they had at least four children. Paulo passed away in 1981.
