Felícitas Esteban García, a resident of Sabadell, Catalonia, Spain, celebrated her 111th birthday on November 22. Her birthday was first reported by Agencia EFE.

Felicitas Esteban García was born in the town of Seijas de Sajambre, in the municipality of Manzanal de los Infantes, Castile and León, Spain, on 22 November 1913. After marrying Francisco González, a potter, she moved to San Román de Bembibre. There, they built a life in Bierzo and raised six children: Nazario, Tita, Duli, Yolanda, Toño, and Paquito. Tragically, their eldest son, Nazario, died in a traffic accident. Their daughter, Tita, survived a childhood incident involving an unexploded bomb, which left her with lasting scars.

Despite the challenges she faced, she remained vibrant and active even in her later years, often crocheting. On her 105th birthday, she was honored with the Centenary Medal from the Generalitat de Catalunya.

At the moment, she is the second-oldest living person in Catalonia, after Angelina Torres Vallbona.

LongeviQuest extends warm congratulations to Felícitas Esteban García on her 111th birthday.
