Shizuka Yamazaki (Japanese: 山崎靜) is a Japanese supercentenarian whose age has been validated by LongeviQuest.

Shizuka Yamazaki (山崎 靜) was born in Japan on 19 November 1915. According to reports, at the age of 109 she was living at home with her family in Hachiōji City, Tokyo Prefecture. At that time, her son closely monitored even small changes in her condition and consulted her attending physician or nurses whenever concerns arose.
In September 2024, she became the oldest resident of Hachiōji City. In September 2025, the mayor of Hachioji visited her home to mark her longevity, with her family, primary physician, and members of the local community also in attendance.
Her age was verified by Hachiōji City, Ryohei Asano, Marco Wikkerink and Eli Logan, and validated by LongeviQuest on 18 January 2026.
