Riva Rebecca Dinstein (Hebrew: ריבה דינשטיין) (née Fishlin) was an Ukrainian-born Israeli supercentenarian.

Riva Dinstein was born in Stavyshche, Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine (then Russian Empire) on 10 January 1904. Born to David Fishlin (1879–1951) and Feiga Kramer (1881–1956), she emigrated to Israel (then Mandatory Palestine) in 1922, where she married Haim Dinstein (1900–1998). She was the mother of Zvi Dinstein.
One of her sisters, Roza Tchichelnitzky (1903–2013), lived to the age of 100.
Riva Dinstein passed away in Tel Aviv on 27 February 2014, at the age of 110 years, 47 days.
