Ada Felicita Avila (née Loor Zambrano) was an Ecuadorian-born American supercentenarian who, at the time of death, was the oldest living person in the U.S. state of Florida, and the oldest (known) living Ecuadorian-born person in the world.

María Capovilla was an Ecuadorian supercentenarian who was recognized by Guinness World Records as being the world’s oldest validated living person at the time of her death. She was the last remaining validated person born in the 1880s. At 116 years and 347 days at the time of her death, she is the oldest validated person to have ever lived in Ecuador.

Dolores Vélez Bravo was an Ecuadorian supercentenarian whose age is validated by both the Latin American Supercentenarians (LAS) and the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
