Genoveva Ferma Garcia, also known as Lola Bebang, a resident of Mendez, Cavite, Philippines, is celebrating her 110th birthday today. She is currently the nation’s oldest documented living person.
Lola Bebang was born in Mendez on 3 January 1916.
As of today, she stands as the first documented and confirmed supercentenarian known to have been born in 1916.
