Evelyn Houghton, a resident of Wautoma, Wisconsin, USA, is celebrating her 110th birthday today, according to Waushara Argus.
Evelyn Houghton was born in Massachusetts on 24 July 1915. She graduated from Harvard, completed numerous advanced courses, and taught nursing. She had two children, including Trudy, and one stepson.
It is reported that although her eyesight has failed, she continues to take part in activities at the assisted living facility where she resides, including trivia and spelling games.
Following the passing of 109-year-old Barbara Johnston (3 March 1915 – 6 December 2024), she became the oldest known living resident of Wisconsin.
