LongeviQuest is pleased to announce that the European Supercentenarian Organisation has validated the age of Dorrie Aber-Noyek on 8 August 2024.

Dorrie Aber-Noyek was a British-born American supercentenarian born on 15 February 2017 in Liverpool, Merseyside, England, United Kingdom.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and went on to teach history and literature to fifth graders.

In 1931, she married Nat Aber and had two children with him.

Fearing for their safety during World War II, the family joined an Atlantic convoy of ships bound for Montreal, where they settled with an aunt and uncle.

Her husband passed away in 1975 at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood. Five years later, she was remarried to Bernard Noyek.

She celebrated her 110th birthday surrounded by family, friends, and local dignitaries at the Springtree Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Sunrise. She also received a special birthday letter from Queen Elizabeth II, extending her well wishes.

Dorrie Aber-Noyek passed away on 26 June 2017 in Sunrise, Florida, United States.
