The oldest known living person in Córdoba Province, Argentina, Onorina Apprato de Tagliaferro, celebrated her 111th birthday on July 7th. Her birthday was confirmed by Córdoba Interior Informa.

Mrs. Apprato de Tagliaferro was born in the comune of Castellero in the Province of Asti, Piedmont, Italy, on 7 July 1913. In 1933, at the age of 20, she moved to the city of Río Tercero, Argentina, along with her husband, José Tagliaferro. The couple had two children: Humberto (deceased) and Elsa. She was a housewife.

At the age of 110, she had four grandsons and 11 great-grandchildren. According to her grandson, at 110, she only had a minor hearing problem. However, she was still very lucid.
