Concepción Bravo is a validated Mexican supercentenarian born on 1 April 1913 in Mexico.
During her childhood, she found refuge with her uncle and aunt, Mateo and Vicenta, who provided her with a loving home.
At some point in her life, she got married and raised seven daughters.
According to her family, the secret to her longevity is her natural diet. Every morning, as a sacred ritual, she would eat an apple on an empty stomach. “It is the elixir of youth,” she would often say.
At the age of 111, she has 14 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She currently lives in Mexico City with her daughters.
