Mercedes Cebrián Asín was a validated Spanish supercentenarian who died in 2023 at the age of 111. 

Mercedes Cebrián Asín was born in Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain, on 3 April 1912 (claimed 26 March). She got married and had at least one daughter.

Mercedes Cebrián Asín passed away in Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain, on 9 November 2023, at the age of 111 years, 220 days. At the time of her death, she was the second-oldest living person in the community of Madrid.
