Francesca Fioriglio is an Italian supercentenarian who is the oldest living person in the region of Sicily and among the top 10 oldest living people in the country. Her age has been validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation (ESO).

Biography
Fioriglio was born in Sciacca, Sicily, Italy on 11 January 1912. She moved to Agrigento, Sicily when she married her husband, as he resided there.
Upon the death of 111-year-old Giuseppa Comandè on 8 July 2022, Fioriglio became the oldest living person in Sicily. She celebrated her 111th birthday with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
