Yoshiko Hiratsuka (Japanese: 平塚よし子) is a Japanese supercentenarian.

Yoshiko Hiratsuka (平塚よし子) was born in Misato, Miyagi Prefecture (formerly known as Kogota Town), Japan, on 27 August 1915.
In her youth, she attended a dressmaking school, walking two hours each way. After getting married, she raised six children. She has loved singing since her younger days, and even at the age of 110, she enjoys singing children’s songs and enka at her nursing home. She eats three full meals every day and has a particular fondness for sweets, especially red bean paste.
In September 2025, Hiratsuka was recognized as the second-oldest living person in Miyagi Prefecture, following Toku Shishido, whose birthday is just two days earlier.
She currently lives in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan.
