Yachiyo Shibukawa (渋川八チヨ) was born in Japan on 14 November 1915.
In September 2025, she was officially announced as the oldest living person in Fukushima Prefecture.
On 14 November 2025, she celebrated her 110th birthday at a nursing home in Shimogō Town.
