BIOGRAPHY
Take Tanaka was born in Japan on 21 April 1904.
Take Tanaka passed away in Matsubara, Osaka Prefecture, sometime between 1 and 20 April 2016, shortly before her 112th birthday.
RECOGNITION
On 1 April 2015, following the passing of Misao Okawa, she became the oldest living person in Osaka Prefecture. Upon her own passing, she was succeeded by Etsu Nishiura.
Her age was verified by the MHLW, Japan, and validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) on 18 November 2015. The validation was later recognized by LongeviQuest.
