Pierina Tarantola was an Italian supercentenarian.
BIOGRAPHY
Pierina Tarantola was born in Borgomanero, Piedmont, Italy, on 22 June 1916.
Her younger sister, Giuseppina Tarantola, turned 100 in September 2020.
Pierina Tarantola passed away in Borgomanero, on 23 June 2026, a day after her 110th birthday.
RECOGNITION
On 11 April 2026, following the passing of 110-year-old Barbara Isabella Quenda, she became the oldest living person in Piedmont Region.
