Miyo Hokonohara (鉾之原ミヨ) was born on 1 June 1915 in Japan.
She became the oldest living person in Fukui Prefecture in June 2024.
She passed away in Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture, on October 2, 2025, at the age of 110 years and 123 days. At the time of her death, she was the oldest living person in Fukui Prefecture.
RECOGNITION
Her age was verified by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour (MHLW), and Ryohei Asano, and validated by LongeviQuest on 18 September 2025.
