Marthe Merlino was born in São Paulo, Brazil, on 12 March 1898.
Merlino passed away in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, Île-de-France, France, on 22 September 2009, at the age of 111 years, 194 days.
RECOGNITION
Her age was verified by Guillaume Legris of Les Grands Centenaires Français, and validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation on 13 September 2025, and later recognized by LongeviQuest.
