RECOGNITION
Gorla’s age was verified by Paolo Scarabaggio and validated by the ESO on 2 April 2021.
Following the death of Angela Tiraboschi on 7 May 2022, she became the oldest known living person in Lombardy, a title she shared with Ilde Coletti until Coletti’s passing on 26 June 2022. After Coletti’s death, she held the title alone until her own passing nearly two months later.
