Isabel Redondo Torres was a Spanish supercentenarian.

BIOGRAPHY

Isabel Redondo Torres was born in Torredonjimeno, Andalusia, Spain, on 22 March 1908. Her father was a soldier. She married Francisco Arjonilla and had three children: Asunción, Inmaculada, and Eugenio. Her daughter Inmaculada described her as “humble and hard-working.”

She had a deep love for embroidery and sewing, a hobby that allowed her to create beautiful garments for her family.

Isabel Redondo Torres passed away in Torredonjimeno, on 21 May 2018, at the age of 110 years, 60 days.

RECOGNITION

At the time of her passing, she was the oldest (known) living resident of Andalusia. Upon her passing, she was succeeded by Petronila Barbosa Vela.
