BIOGRAPHY

Hercília Iolanda Ferreira Franco was born in Miracatu, São Paulo, Brazil, on 18 October 1916. She grew up on a farm alongside her ten siblings, learning from an early age to value the simple things in life.

At some point, she got married and had children.

She passed away on 17 September 2025 in Santos, São Paulo, Brazil, at the age of 108.
