BIOGRAPHY

Giuseppa Salerno was born in Naples, Campania, Italy, on 17 June 1911.

At the time of her 110th birthday, she had five children, 24-granchildren, 44-great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

Salerno passed away in Naples, Campania, Italy, on 26 September 2023, at the age of 112 years, 101 days.

RECOGNITION

Her age was verified by Paolo Scarabaggio, and validated by the ESO on 14 May 2023.

At the time of her death, she was the third-oldest living person in Campania, behind Lucia Laura Sangenito and Rosa De Vita.
