BIOGRAPHY
Evelyn Houghton was born in Massachusetts, USA, on 24 July 1915. She graduated from Harvard, completed numerous advanced courses, and taught nursing. She had two children, including Trudy, and one stepson.
At the age of 110, it was reported that although her eyesight had failed, she continued to take part in activities at the assisted living facility where she resides, including trivia and spelling games.
