Cecy Machado Lima is a Brazilian semi-supercentenarian.

Cecy Machado Lima was born on 18 July 1917 in Alegria farm, Doutor Loreti, Santa Maria Madalena, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Her father was Ranulpho Machado Botelho, a former mayor of Santa Maria Madalena (her hometown), her brother Hélio Machado Botelho was also a former mayor/councilor, and her sister Andrelina Machado Lima was the first woman to serve as a councilor in Santa Maria Madalena. She had eight siblings and three half-siblings.
She married Milton de Souza Lima in 1941, who was a pharmacist and former councilor in Santa Maria Madalena.
In 2017, when she turned 100, she received the title of Cidadã Benemérita (Honoured Citizen) of her hometown in recognition of her contributions and ties to the municipality.
As of her 108th birthday, she was reported to be bedridden and no longer communicated verbally. She remained lovingly cared for by her devoted family and caregivers. At the time, she had eight children, 18 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. She also has one living sister, Glória (b. 22 March 1931).
She currently lives in Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
