Camille Carmel Faget (née Duprat) was a French supercentenarian who was the oldest living person in the department of Landes at the time of her death.
Faget was born as Camille Carmel Duprat in Villeneuve-de-Marsan, where she has lived for her entire life. She married Marcel Faget on 21 September 1936 in the commune; they worked in the haulage industry and in a lemonade factory after having their son, Guy.
Faget liked to ride a white mini-bike on the streets of her hometown. She moved into a nursing home in 2010, and took very little medication.
On her 110th birthday, Faget had minor mobility issues but was still able to celebrate with friends and nursing home staff, as well as the mayor, Patrick Campagne. Her son could not attend for health reasons. She enjoyed eating sweets and the occasional glass of champagne.
She passed away on 23 October 2025 in Villeneuve-de-Marsan, Landes, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France, at the age of 112 years, 97 days.
Faget was not known to researchers until her 110th birthday in 2023, when an article in Sud Ouest was published.
Her age was verified by members of Les Grands Centenaires Français, and validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation (ESO) on 9 March 2024.
